Unreliable service provider!! (what s new)

I have no problem slating TELKOM' S name, as it must be to The WORST most unreliable pathetic services provider that exists! 10 days ago we reported faulty line. we called 7 days non stop to follow up, and was assured the problem is being attended to, on the 11th day (today) we called again to follow up as there was not progress, and guess what, i was told the problem has been resolved?? huh how does a problem or ref nr: get resolved without the service still being non operational! our business has been without phones, speed point, e mails for 11 DAY s, we had to log a new call on a existing fault that was resolved.. how how I ask you? I will not be held responsible for a call out as the original problem was never resolved with no communication for anyone. I m paying for a service which i M not getting
