Debiting money out of my standard bank account

My name is Sibusiso Christpher kubheka. I was called by a mobimoola agent selling a loan product, it sounded good at first couse the lady told me that I will pay R249.00 a once off payment and then I can make a first loan of R500.00 .indeed they debited the R249.00 wicth was the 12july and ever since that they keep on debiting the same amount twice a month now the 12 and the last day of the month and theey dooing it at night by the time I wake up ifound a message that mobimoola has debited my monet .when I do the loan via the instruction that was given to methey send a message that I don't have enought credit but come the 12 they will now debit R300 out of my account - keep on calling them but no responce their Phone is always buzzy up to today they still debiting the money out of my account Mi feel betrayed by the seleslady couse she did not tell me that I will be paying something that won't help me for the rest of my life. I'm hopeless couse idont even know where theier offices are or who to contact please help I don't know what to do with these people they are real froudsters they just debited R300.00 as I'm texting as I m saying they do it twice a month now Can someone please H
