Activation of a microsim after upgrade

I have been struggling with cellc eversince i did the upgrade with them telephonically.they harrassed me to upgrade phoning me non-stop, i did and the delivery was a mission as they kept on giving the corier company the wrong information.now i finally recieved the phone and they are giving me problems to activate.they keep on saying its pending, will be ready in 2hours since yesterday the 07th and now the guy i spoke to says they donthave any record of that happening. i am tired of cellc and they expect me to pay them at the end after such a service.they are full of games and i'll just buy another microsim from another network and activate it and they must forget about the payment.its like they dont know what they are doing.they always promise to phone back and they never do.
