Not reloading my airtime, data bundles and smses

I have two sim cards but one phone, reason being my phone was. Nashua mobile assured me that even if I dont use the other sim cards data or airtime it will be reloaded on time every 2nd of the month as per our written contract. THIS IS UNTRUE. they have failed to do it. I have had previous complaints about them as a company and service provider i have had enough of it. I pay my contract on time but they fail to do their part of the contract and reload my airtime on time! this matter needs to be addressed and the accountable party must be held responsible!
