Not impressed with get it service

The get it service everytime you cancel they retain you and you never use the service my service supposed to be cancelled on the 19th october and they didnt they now debiting my account for another month not impressed that they didnt do my cancellation on time this is not acceptable the first month they double debit then they refuse to cancel the sevice a gentlemen by the name of vincent retained me 4 times from cancellation and now they did not cancel my service im paying that amount yet another month
