I received my upgrade in July and the special they were running involved 100mb free data. To this day I have not received my data. Every month I go to the Vodacom shop in Festival Mall and I get told the same story every time that it got lost and they have to redo it. On Sunday I went again and was promised they were going to phone me, which they never so I went there on Monday. What was the most shocking there were 3 customers infront of me and the sales consults were busy, but the MANAGER and the other staff member where just sitting on the sofa and they saw we were looking at them but no one bothered to help. I eventually went up to the manager and told him I was STILL waiting for my phone call about my contract. He couldn't get hold of someone, which was the same story I was told on Sunday. So he tured around and told me he doesn't know what to do about my problem. I was quick onto the phone to his manager and he was able to sort it out. Festival Mall manager and staff are pathetic and full of excuses and they make the customer look stupid when it was there fault from the beginning. One thing for sure is that when my contract is finished i will NEVER support vodacom again
