Cell C
Not sure whats on offer anymore

Hi,

I was just called by an agent, Keketso I think her name was offering deals. I told her i had cancelled my contract about a month ago effective 7 December 2013. She asked why so i told her the reason is I use to be with Cell C for many years and now i am cancelling due to the fact that no top up contracts are offered (you pay R150 and get R175 AIRTIME and 100 sms's), only minutes are offered no airtime like before. I also went to a store and they confirmedcell c stopped the airtime top up contractd, cell c only offers minutes now.

this agent now tells me no this is incorrect and airtime is being offered on top up contracts.

whats the correct story please???
