How does it feel to money from people?? I've paid of my 2 contract with you guys (Because the service of vodacom was up to), and the total of the 2 contracts was R8739.50 that I had to pay. End of October, the debit order of almost R900 still went off??? I tried to phone you, was transferred 3 times and waited 20 minutes to get to the right person. I was told the payment of the ONE contract was reversed that's why they continued with the debit order for BOTH contracts. I then went on my internet banking and the payment showed, guess what, TRANSACTION SUCCESSFUL!!! Now they want ANOTHER proof of payment??? Why I wasn't contacted when the payment was reversed, I will never understand. And by the way, It's impossible to reverse a payment after you paid someone!!! Think I should get a lawyer, and sue you for the unauthorised debit order and open a case for.
