Speechless! This is Criminal!

I am absolutely blown away. My mother received a phone from Altech last year. In November she was told that her Bill was R4000 because of GPRS. She has no idea what this was so she took the phone to Altech in Hillcrest and asked them to check what was going on and to stop it. The phone was then disconnected before the payment date because of the high bill which was a nightmare to have turned on. We then received a call that the bill was then R6000. After going back to Hillcrest numerous times she bought another phone (very simple one) and made sure there wasnt GPRS. Since then her bill has gone to R9000. Yesterday she was back at Altech and Vanessa from Hillcrest called Altechs call centre AGAIN to try and assist her AGAIN. Even Vanessa was so fed up with being passed from person to person with no answers. Even their own people cant get an answer!!! My mother was told by another staff member that this happens a lot to people and they are forced to pay these exorbitant bills. Its CRIMINAL!! we just need an answer and some help! Why is no one available at Altech that can help us. My mom is literally loosing sleep at night. Its been 2 months with no relief. What now!!!
