Vodacom
3G downloads, extemely slow

I am a loyal Vodacom customer and have never had a complaint up until this point.

My complaint is as follows:

I own a Blackberry that always has FULL 3G signal and according to Vodacom they claim to be quote 'The best network for smatphones' however, even with full 3G signal my downloads are painfully slow.

Ie to download a simple MP3 song takes at least an hour, on full 3G.

I want to know why its so very slow, its very annoying! I also need a resolve to this issue
