Who is the?

My daughters contract phone got in Dec 2012. We contacted MTN to report it etc. Yesterday out of the blue a person pops up on my BBM and said "Hi" My daughter old profile! I told her she has a phone! She said she bought it in Lagos Nigeria over the Xmas period! She even told me where she bought it and what she paid for it!

I contact MTN to give the Serial number etc again to make sure the phone is blocked and blacklisted. My husband then got a call from MTN to say RIM requires proof from me to say I am the legal owner of the phone! Why? The have all the records available to them at their fingertips!

Treating me like I am the criminal! After being with MTN for 19 years, I think it is time for a change!
