Extremely poor voice and data reception

Complaint logged in first week of October regarding poor voice and data reception. At times, especially during evenings no data transfer is possible and calls are dropped as a rule.

4 weeks later investigation is still ongoing. Services are paid for but can not be used.
investigation is estimated to take another 14 to 21 days. In other words about two months to get to an answer, no resolution gauranteed.
