Poor Voice and Data quality in Prospecton Durban

I recently renewed my cell phone contract and ported across from Vodacom to cell c. It's true that cell c offer great deals but I soon learnt why. I have enjoyed good voice and data quality wid Vodacom for many years and now, wid cell c, I am struggling. The sales person at the cell c store assured me after consulting an online cell c coverage map that I will have good 3G reception in Prospecton Durban. The truth is that the voice and data quality is very poor to non existent. Please cell c can you advise what can be done?
