Vodacom have no signal - and no customer care

Vodacom bad signal. I have no signal whatsoever in Rosanna Johannesburg whatsoever I tried mailing calling vodacom customer care but they don't help or respond. It's a dead spot in my house inside and outside no cellphone signal whatsoever.
