On the 23rd of October I purchased airtime to load my BIS, this was activated and I was able to use my BIS for one day. In the interim I received an sms from Vodacom, saying they had converted my cell number from prepaid to Top up. I was unaware of this, as I HAD GIVEN NO ONE PERMISSION to do so. The next day I was unable to use BB or Whatsupp and was quite shocked because the day before I had loaded BIS and still received a message to say it was activated and I was able to make use of it. When I called the call centre, they said a company by the name of RCMS/ OR SOMETHING had converted me to Top Up and I could sue them as the conversion had affected my BIS. It was then reverted back to prepaid, but my BIS was never sorted out at all. Since then I have spoken to different agents regarding my BIS all promising to come back to me, it's almost a week and nothing has been resolved... PATHETIC SERVICE FROM VODACOM, as my network of choice, they have disaappointed me.
