Phone repair under warranty

I appreciate a responce from mtn from Veronica-req: 2741515, i am just responding to the email she sent me saying that i must send the phone again for repairs to see what they can do, which i did last week. my phone identification is IMEI NO. 354155056656436. GT-19100. I am of the opinion that perhaps mtn might have been the cause to my phone's problem because the only company that ever touched it is mtn service provider when they were replacing the LCD screen. and now it is just dead. am still paying for the phone and highly disappointed with the service if "any" that mtn is rendering to the loyal ever paying customer like myself. i really need this to be sorted and prioritised.
