Suspended without a valid reason

Yesterday when i tried to shedule a meeting with potential clients i realized that my line was suspended, i then had to drive home to get my alternative number so i could inquire about this only to realize that there was no valid reason for the suspention of my line as my account was & still is up to date, i then asked the operator to up lift the suspention only to be told that it would take up to 48 hours to do so, now my argument is if they could see on their system that the problem was on thier side why cant they just open my line becouse for every hour im missing out on a potential client
