Worst service I have EVER experienced at a company

I have opened my contract the 16 January 2013, ever since I was debited with absurd amounts and when asked for my statement no one got back to me, I have spent over R1000 in airtime getting a hold of ANYONE at VM, I have then decided to cancel my contact spending over R3500 as "Buyout" amount, and still today I am waiting on response..
Melissa Ceres at Cape Gate branch tried to investigate this matter with no avail to get a hold of her own company. As I read other complaints towards Virgin Mobile my other fear is after paying and closing my contract (which I did) that my account will still be debited.
Virgin mobile has left me with a very sour impression, with the worst costumer services, head office services, emailing and responding services. Virgin mobile was the worst mistake I have ever made, with no "leading champs" who can assist you - I will advise no one to ever go this route, debiting your account with no evidence of why that is, promising to refund the monies within 48hours and till today no such thing was done (3 months later) Permanently not having any network, and being billed for a product I cannot even use. Disgusted is a UNDERSTATEMENT - I will take this further.
