Since I upgraded (after much hassle trying to upgrade due to poor service) my phone was blocked twice. I am trying to do a sim swop for 5 days now and still no service. I phone the cape gate store where the sim swop was supposed to be done 5 days ago, every time there is an excuse after excuse, they don't reply.
I paid R4300 cash for the upgrade which I can still not use.

Vodacom is PATHETIC, I am so sorry for even joining the network!!!
