Utterly disappointing customer service!

Three weeks ago, I went to the Vodacom shop in the mall@Carnival to take out a contract for my son. We were assisted and got the phone immediately. I paid an amount of R404.00 for the activation of the contract. The phone was never activated and after several enquiries, the manager, Werner, told us that the contract was never approved. He refuses to come back to us with a solution to the problem. I am now in possession of a very expensive phone that they refuse to take back and refund my activation fee. Several messages were left for Werner and the shop was visited by myself many times. He is never available and never phones back. What happens at the end of the month? Are they going to charge me for the phone and contract? What do I do with the phone now? This is now unacceptable! I need answers! Anton Strydom - 083 287 1687
