Still deducting costs 7 months after contract term

Contract was terminated 7 months ago and Nashua Mobile are still deducting R121.48 per month despite several visits to the store in Knysna (At the Spar). Every time a form is filled in to stop the debit order deductions and apply for a rebate but with no effect. Today we received another statement showing another deduction. WHEN IS THIS GOING TO STOP!!! I can do nothing but wait for them to cancel the debit order!!
This is really poor service with Nashua Mobile quick to sign you up but very slow to pay you back what they owe you!!
