I have been trying in vain without success through Telkom's Escalation Centre and dealt with Allina Maredi just to provide me with the email details of the CEO, CFO and MD but alas no joy as these executives do not advertise their contact details like normal corporates in SA and Allina Maredi does not have the authority to make decisions and passes the buck.
It would appear that like their Luthuli House masters they will not disclose the details of the 3 Executives and remain evasive and the Escalation Centre an absolute comedy of errors.
Even when I approached the Telkom Direct stores they had no idea as to who are in Management and were also in the dark same result when I called 10210.what are they hiding I ask.
What do I have to do to obtain these contact details of these individuals as I am appalled at Telkom's cloak and dagger approach to consumers request
