I applied for my laptop contract to be closed in august and they said that it will take a month notice for it to be closed, they debited an amount of R3112 from my account in September, i called there customer service immediately to tell them that i cannot afford to pay the full amount because my laptop needs to go to repairs, they agreed to make an arrangement for me for the 25th of October an amount of R1550 and the rest in November . i asked if the other line will affect my cellphone line and they said no . on the 14/10 my account was debited with an amount of R1550 later on that day someone calls me from cellc i advise the person that i made arrangements for the 25th and he agreed immediately after that my line was suspended, i logged a call that Monday last week they said they will call me the whole of last week no one called me, i called every night to check up on my query but nothing i visited on Saturday the branch and they tell me that i need to pay the R3112 in full in order for my cellphone to work but i advised i made an arrangement but they said my account was resubmitted for the 25th the full amount and i was angry, this is the worst service eve
