I have tried twice to pay for the website domain, and every time I got the following message "We unfortunately were unable to process your payment transaction", so I tried again, with the same message! but now it reflex on my account that R200 did went through, and my name now reflects [URL Removed] and not [URL Removed]
why is this? And how will I get my R100 refunded
