I would like some one to get back to my on when i will receive my new upgrade phone. I did an upgrade on the 10th. and was told by your upgrades department that the phone is on its way. I called last week to be told no that latest the phone will be delivered by the 17th. This morning i called again and was put though to the follow up department that told me no it is still at the warehouse i must call after lunch time. I did that and was told no they now can not find it on the system. so they put me back to upgrades. only for them to inform me no follow up must tell me when the courier is delivering it.

so i need some one to please give me the correct information. as i can not sit on the phone for #0min only to be told different stories all the time.
