Does mtn have a department dedicated to making their customers life's difficult. Firstly it takes 2 hours to block my SIM card after many phone calls from different phones because the calls were constantly dropped. To make matters worse, I was told I have to call from another mtn phone to get through. Really? Is this the the kind of service you would accept? Now today I am told, to get a sims swop I have to get a case number. I have already reported it. Why would anyone put themselves through all this to get a new SIM card. Surely a passport or ID and utility bill is enough? AND you have my details on record! What if i had lost my phone, do you expect people to get a case number from the police For a lost phone. My girlfriend is VODACOM and it took two minutes to block the phone and two minutes to get a sim swop. Your customer service is appalling and unapologetically so! You need to sort this out and train your staff to deal with these matters in a professional manner. As a service provider your policy should be to make your customers life's easier and not wishing they had gone to another service provide
