STUPIDITY TO THE Nth DEGREE

I was with my daughter trying to do a SIM-swap this morning after her phone had been. I was utterly disgusted to find out that the fact that you complied with RICA, know your own full names, ID number and address is NOT enough. You also need to remember a list of number you called recently. I am surprised they don't also ask fro your great grandmother's second cousin's birth weight!!

Who in this day and age even remembers telephone numbers??? The whole idea is that they are stored on your phone.

I honestly do not know why anybody who is not brain-dead still deals with Vodacom. They are the most useless organisation in the entire universe.
