Status update for current downtime?

I'm posting on Hellopeter, since it seems to be the only way to contact you. Could someone please provide a status update and timeframe for this issue to be resolved? @lantic's domain is down and so is Vox.

I can't use your call center because that line is dead too. I can't email you because my email is down, and I assume yours is too.

I'm assuming the JHB outage caused an outage countrywide, since I have no email service or access to your websites from Cape Town

The below standard response message doesn't provide any useful information, it just confirms the obvious.
