Vodacom steals money via my Banking account

I cancelled my contract before the time paying the fee required and Vodacom kept on drawing from my bank account. I phoned & went to the main building in Century city. Lady at the reception gave me the accounts number & no-one can tell me how or why they kept billing me. And till today no-one has contacted me due to this matter. So far changed networks and blocked vodacom from my bank.
