Pure Internet Nightmare!

I cannot get a website to work, configuration.php information needs to be changed. I changed it. WHOOPS another error. I sent requests to shared hosting support. I phoned 3 times. They will call back in 30 minutes after a senior has looked at the coding of the website. More than 8 hours later I am still waiting.

WHAT IS GOING ON THERE???

THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN FROM AFRIHOST!!

PURE INTERNET JOY MY!!!
