My daughter has MTN two contracts for her sisters. There are now up and we want to migrate to prepaid. The account holder, my daughter Claire Fish and myself went to the Knysna branch in July to arrange for the migration. We explained that Claire would be going to work on a cruise ship and that I would be in charge of her affairs here. We should the Knysna branch a copy of the letter Claire would give them and they said that would be fine. When I went to the Knysna branch on the 1st of October I gave them this letter. I was told I would get a call in a to authorize this. However this is not the case. They now say they have to talk to Claire. She is on a cruise ship in the State! I tried calling your call centre myself and just hold on forever. I went to the Knysna branch today and now the call centre is being upgraded and no one can get through. This is appalling service. I do not want this to go on any longer.
