For those of you reading this post and wondering what it is about - refer my previous Afrihost complaints. Sadly after being an Afrihost Client for near on two year, I can no longer accept their downward spiral wrt Customer Care. With having hardly any ADSL for the past few months, Afrihost "promises" that February 2013 will be "free" As to be expected (and experienced by myself this last year, Afrihost do not deliver on promises - Lip Service they have in abundance (I note another client had to deal with the attitude of Richard Grace). To no surprise, I receive my invoices this morning and the "free month" is forgotten (LMAO!).

For the sake of my sanity, I have subsequently notified Afrihost that I will be joining the opposition where Customer Service is still a priority - yep, OpenWeb will be my ISP as from 01 March 2013 (have to give 30 days notice or else ...)

Thx for the 2 years of laughter and tears - I really wish you folks all of the best and I do hope that you will eventually realise the importance of Customer Service, as it saddens me to see a successful company like yourself that started out with the right ideas, favouring monthly income over service
