Utterly Disgusted

I am still worst off then I have been before had to pay for a credit report to see that Mweb is still listed, and still has not been updated on my credit report, after I got proof from mweb telling me that my account will be closed on ITC, and updated. I really dont know what to do next I am so dissapointed!!! - Latest I need to pay a additional R103 to have my account updated, after I have been told that it already has been updated, and will be closed.
