While in store/ bad attitude/bad service

After logging a complaint 3 days ago on the mtn website and their facebook wall I'm left disgusted that I get no response! Clearly me being a victim of while in an mtn store is of no concern!!!..or the fact that I was treated so badly by the manager that eventually told me to go to vodacome if I am not happy!!.. Or that greenstone mall staff authorise debit order dates and amounts without my concent .. This is just some of what I have experienced over the past 2 weeks at east rand mall and greenstone mall mtn yet no one at mtn customer service has the decency to attend to my complaints!!.. And I wonder why they call themselves customer"care"!
