I would like for my ITC status to be updated within the next 48hours. I don't have a contract with Vodacom anymore and I have been told that I am owing you guys R2400, I have paid up the account proof of payment I have. As a result of your records not being updated or being updated, ITC has been furnished with incorrect information that I am owing voda still which is not that case. I have been declined by nedbank as a result for my bond application. Failure to respond to this query will prompt me to escalate the matter further to the ombudsman. This matter is to be treated urgently and update done with ITC and a letter confirming the error to be prepared.
