MTN, Liars!!!

I was a victim of identity, and documents were used to open an account on my name at MTN, besides the fact that I brought this to MTN's attention in September, had MTN performed proper checks they would have realised the details used were. MTN promised that they would not debit my account, yet after that in October they debited my account with R2186, they have been saying tuesday after tuesday they will refund me the have not, I asked them to close the accounts, they did not and I got statements of accounts I did not even open. the service is pathetic at MTN, MTN .
The have no internal controls whatsever, I want my money, they have caused me a lot pain, cost me money and inconvinience, I have no intention of opening an account with them. Trully disgusted and upset!!!
