I've recently upgraded my MTNSP account and obtained a new handset.

I have tried to cancel the handset insurance on my Samsung NOTE 2 device with MTNSP Insurance, but to no avail.

I have called 0831236084 for a week, waiting on average 15 minutes, without getting through. I called 808, and logged 3 requests for MTNSP insurance to contact me back (all promising callback within a 24 hr period) - but no response to date.

This has been a complete waist of my time and effort, DISGUSTING SERVICE.What if my phone is in the interim.

The biggest joke is that an MTN walk-in centre staff member told me that she had to wait over 25 mins to get through to cancel her personal account. She told me to call in the morning, which i did. Still waiting over 30 min.

It may be time to increase the call centre staff!

WAKE UP MTN, U LOSING YOUR CLIENTS!!!
