I requested to load 1GB on my contract Phone in September, customer service told me that the 1 GB will be load in the next 2 days but unfortunately I did not receive the 1GB, so I called back after two days to verify what went wrong and one of the customer services people told me that there was a network error but he/she will reload the 1GB for me and again I did not receive the 1GB.

10.10.2013 I receive an SMS which says that may services will be suspended due to that I need to make a payment of R234.99, so I called in to verify what is wrong and I spoke to Petunia which she was not help full at all and I explained he how can I pay for the 2 GB which I did not received. I called in the second time and I spoke to Sandy which was very help full and she told me that she will reconnect my phone. On the 14.10.2013 I received the same SMS and my account was suspend again and I called in for the third time I spoke to Shedrick he said that he will lock the call at the credit REF303050 but still today my phone is off I Called in for the forth time and spoke to a Lady she said I need to pay the money then they can reconnect my phone. I feel how can I pay for something I did not receive.
