5 days ago I laid a complaint about my 3 gig contract with telkom, I was supposed to get a call back the following day but yet no reply, I'm verry unhappy, because I was never told about a 10 gig promotoin contract only a 20 gig and the 3 gig I took, now I'm being told I need to wait 3 months before I can migrate to the 10 gig, I phoned and asked if I could pay the 3 months up front but they said no
