Still not fixed

Just an update to those wanting to move to Afrihost (Pure internet death), that my initial complaint has still not been resolved. I've been told that I am not a priority. So my rands and cents are obviously not as good as anyone elses. Funny though.. they just keep debiting, even if I've had next to no internet on a given day. This is a perfect example of a company gone big and forgetting the customer.
