My laptop and phone were in the car at a shopping centre, so I called vodacom to block the number and blacklist the number procedure is that I answer the security questions which if you asked me are rather not fair as not evryone will remember the specific date and specific number of bundles iv got left. I can safely say I don't have the best memory in world and that worked against me today. I got to the police station and needed a ref number to open a case and was unable to do that because of lack of reference. I had personal and incriminating information that could be accessed and used. I am extremely disappointed in the network I speak so proudly of. No one was willing to help me and I am beyond saddened after all that happened today to think they still asked if they can help me with anything else, like really though
