Poor 3G Network at 254 West Road South

The 3G network is pathetic at 254 West Road South, Morningside.

I have been calling the call centre multiple times and been reassured the issue will be resolved. Nothing has happened for last 2 months.

Starting last week the problem has become worse - the network now drops every 2 mins.
