MTN is making life difficult for our company

Every day and night we receive angry calls from people telling us that we are incorrectly billing them and taking money from their accounts. Our company hasn't even launched yet and we don`t even offer a subscription service! No one up to date has phoned or tried to help and me and my staff are constantly harassed and sworn at.

Bashni`s answer and email to me- Shocking! He asked me to remove my membership from WASPA.
Every great Wireless Service Provider is a member of WASPA as they protect their clients from receiving unwanted messages. Our company pays allot of money to be members and to provide a certain standard to clients. Every person that phones in says MTN is telling them we are billing them!!! The problem is with MTN and they are not resolving the problem at all!!
