Since before Christmas 2012 I have been calling Nashua Mobile in an attempt to get my BIS activated and they have taken me from pillar to post without anything coming out of it! I have to date spoken to 7 to 8 people who all apologize for the inconvenience and all promising to get back to me as soon as possible. I am paying for services that i cannot use! I have asked to be put through the complains department but they put me on hold for more than 30 min! I am deeply disappointed in the service I received from Nashua Mobile and never expected it from a company as stable as them. I cannot believe that everyday they tell me that Prudence is the only person who can port my no from pre-paid to contract, does that mean if she leaves the company, then I will never be helped. All I want is for them to activate my BIS, I am paying for it please.
