I am disgusted by this mobile service provider, i applied for a contract in November of which a day later i cancelled because i felt no need for it, a month later i was debited about R800 by them, for a contract i dont even have, i called thier call centre which i assume will be head office and they reasured me they would cancell this contract as i did not have an account with them, yesterday 1114 was debited from my account by nashua again and when i call them they send me from pillar to post, and ene up not being sassisted because i had to drop the line, bear in mind that the bank charges me for these BOGUS debit orders, and oi loose about R270 rands on things i know nothing about, not only that im inconvienced now as i need to pay my other GENUINE bills!!! i will be advising all my friends using nashua to actually scrutinize thier accounts to checkk for foul play this is seriously not on!!! and i want that R1114 back into my fnb account and the charges paid for cause all of this is because of the incompetency of your staff...
