High Bills and very Bad Service

The way the bills accumulate is no way near to what was explained. Data charges have become unmanageable and every attempt to gather information from my side is not taken seriously.

Not only does my data charges almost double from month to month when my usage becomes less but when asking for itemised billing Im spoken to like I dont know what I'm talking about and to add insult to injury I get an sms to say I have been sent the billing and will be charged but I when checking my inbox i again dont receive it. Yet the mistake wont happen for charging me!!!

I have used MTN for a very long time and by now I have accumalated a very good track record and I have never given them any grief thus i feel this is very dissappointing and insulting
