Frustrating time waste

My cell phone broke so I wanted to cancel my contract with Cell C and take out a new one. To cancel early I had to pay in an amount. This I was told, had to be done at PnP. So I went to PnP, made the payment and went back to Cell C. Then I waited for about 25 mins. Then I was told there was another amount I had to pay. Off to PnP again. I come back and am told that I will be able to collect my new phone today. Today I phone to confirm that I can collect the phone and am told to phone the call center and get a security check clearance. I phone there and am told the payment I made two days ago does not reflect on the system so I can't get the new contract. What a waste of my time.
