CANCELLATION ON 2 CONTRACTS NOT DONE!!!

My husband has 2 contracts with Altech Autopage. He was told they both cancel end of September and was to fax a cancellation letter a month before. Then when called in the beginning of September, then was told to call in and cancel. Which my husband then did. Till now nothing has been done. We need to use our phones which we are still doing. My husband did request as well that both numbers be prepaid. Autopage can pay for this month usage as it is not our fault that contracts not cancelled. We hope someone does get back to us URGENTLY on this and sorts everything out today and not call and say that "we will get back to you today" and then they don't!
