I have 3 contracts with Cell C and on 1 October 2013 I noticed that another R128 was deducted off my bank account. I phoned customer care and told the lady that I only had 3 contracts and she said that I bought another speed stick the month before. I told her that i did not so the said that the matter will be referred for investigation and I will receive a phone call after 24 to 48 hours. Today is 5 October 2013 and NO PHONE CALL! I am obviously freaking out as to who has all my information to do such a thing.

Cell C your service is once again pathetic this is and I would have expected this matter to receive the highest priority! How do you guys expect us to feel safe to buy from you guys again. Well I have learnt my lesson never again!
