I previously lodged a complaint regarding the unilateral termination of cell service.
At that time the excuse was that I had not recharged notwithstanding the fact that there was ample airtime on the account..
Cell C responded thus:

"Your feedback is important to us and this this is certainly a cause for concern as it has caused you inconvenience and prompted you to post this complaint to us.

We will send your feedback to our management team. We apologise for the inconvenience caused."

Can you believe it! It has happened again, the excuse being insufficient calls being made and SMS sent don't count.
All that I am asking is for the courtesy of a text message being sent before the unilateral termination takes place.

The contempt shown for customers by Cell C is pure arrogance.
